Today, or should I say, tonite (shoutout Phantom Raa), we have a hard joint with a familiar sample from the Strong Island by the late brother Too Poetic aka The Grym Reaper on the funky tip.
He was a member of NYC underground group Gravediggaz along with RZA, Prince Paul & Frukwan until he sadly passed away in LA in 2001. God Made Me Funkywas a dope single, released in ’89 on Tommy Boy Records. His solo album was shelved.
