Dug up these cats way way back. Haven’t heard them in years. We have a dope track with nice production off their ’93 debut and officially only album The Swoll Package.
Capital Tax was a group from Oakland that consisted of rapper Total Mind Devastator (TMD), DJ Cool Al, DJ Big M.C., and Scruff, along with dancers Bozie and Loose Dukie. They have another release titled You Either Like It Or You Don’t but not on any label and the year is unknown.
