The Final YO! MTV Raps Freestyle
The iconic show that helped popularize Hip-Hop and make it the global phenomenon that it is today aired from 1987 to 1995, “YO! MTV Raps” produced a mix of Hip-Hop videos, interviews with Hip-Hop stars, live studio performances and comedy. For their last show ever, aired on the 17th of August, 1995, they gathered a legendary star-studded line-up, conisisting of Rakim, KRS-One, Method Man, Redman, Eric Sermon, Large Professor & more, for a freestyle to conclude the show’s run. A worthy culmination of the iconic show.
