Stüssy Launches New Gang Starr Collection

Stüssy has dropped a collaboration with the legendary Brooklyn duo Gang Starr (DJ Premier and Guru).
The collaborative t-shirt features lyrics from 1992’s classics “Take It Personal” and “Daily Operation.”

“Stüssy has collaborated with the legendary Brooklyn-bred duo Gangstarr. DJ Premier and Guru together released seven full-length LPs that cleverly combined New York Jazz and hip hop,” the brand said in a teaser promo.

In other Gang Starr news, their landmark album, Moment of Truth, recently turned 25.

“To take a four-year break in any genre is risky, but especially in Hip Hop. Our fans stayed loyal…” Premier said of the album during a special episode of So Wassup, where he remembered his late partner’s vision.
