With Dumi’s (Zimbabwe Legit) upcoming visit to Bosnia as a part of Next Level Hip Hop workshops in Sarajevo & Banja Luka (06-21.6.2026.), we’ve decided to bring light to his latest project, “Foreword to the Future.” Released in May of 2025, the album is a Hip-Hop audio odyssey. Featuring a plethora of amazing guest appearances (Chubb Rock, Speech from Arrested Development, El Da Sensei, YZ, Chuck D from Public Enemy) and production from boom bap specialists (Diamond D, Kev Brown, DJ MROK, C-Doc, Krohme, Threepeeoh and more) Dumi has crafted a captivating album that will make heads nod and provide food for your soul. Executive produced by Chuck D for SpitSLAM Records. Zimbabwe Legit was the first African rap group to sign to an American label (Hollywood BASIC), and definitely deserves the pioneer status.
