After 4 years away, Mic King (FKA iCON the Mic King) doesn’t return quietly. Out now on Firm Language, his new 4-Track, Hallelujah EP features legends like Rakim, Ghostface Killah and more. The title track “Hallelujah” opens the testament. Produced by and featuring Rakim, the track brings together two artists from different generations connected by a shared commitment to lyricism, craftsmanship, and pushing the culture forward.

Then on “Count On It,” Ghostface Killah, trades the pulpit for the trenches. Its hook is a meditation on loyalty and self-reckoning — counting wins, counting losses, counting on yourself when no one else is there.
