K-Rec & Checkmate drop first single from upcoming album

Trusted DJ/producer K-Rec connected with a veteran underground emcee Checkmate for a collaborative album, titled “The Method.” The first single from the project is “Good Nutrition,” featuring none other than Sadat X of Brand Nubian.
