Jay Electronica – A Written Testimony (Album Stream)
Surprisingly in the middle of a pandemic Jay Electronica‘s debut album A Written Testimony dropped today 5 days ahead of the scheduled release date.
Jay‘s debut project Act I: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge), arrived in July 2007 and was meant to be the first part of a trilogy, with the other planned installments Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) and Act III: The Last Will & Testament of Timothy Elpadaro Thedford (The Prestige). Even though there were multiple rumours and announcements the sequels never saw a light, which increase the anticipation and made A Written Testimony one of the most expected albums.
The album track listing is written in the Arabic language and includes 10 tracks with guest appearances from Travis Scott & The-Dream and multiple uncredited vocals by Jay-Z. Productions is handled by Jay Electronica himself, No I.D., The Alchemist, AraabMuzikG & Swizz Beatz.
