DJ Premier Launches His Own Record Store

(hiphopdx.com) DJ Premier has announced that he’s launched his own record store, in celebration of the vinyl medium that enhances his and so many other Hip Hop DJs’ careers.

Taking on Instagram on Monday (May 6), the legendary turntablist announced that his new business venture is in partnership with his longtime manager, Ian Schwartzmann.

“NEW BUSINESS ALERT: My manager and business partner @ianschwartzman and I started our own digital record store,” he wrote in the caption.

“My passion for excavations, collectibles, vinyl, proof presses, cassettes, CDs and merchandise inspired us to bring this project to life. It’s not just for me and our TTT releases either, it’s bigger and will also be the home of original music collectibles for all my peers.
