“Just so u know the history, this is Mob Style, the group NWA dissed on they EP but what NWA did not understand was that they were the drug kingpins who the movie Paid In Full was made about, they had a rap group called Mob Style and this was their hit so naturally I did the beat over I wanted Dipset on it but they were taking too long so Dave East who is young and up and coming killed it so there u have it..”

It’s also called Gangsta Shit, Boogie Blind produced it and it uses the same beat as today’s Mob Style original.

Gangster Shit is off Mob Style‘s debut album The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, rleleased on Grove St. in 1990.
