Bun B x Statik Selektah – Trillstatik 3
The Texas native and co-founder of UGK (UnderGround Kingz): Bun B, yet again, teamed up with the producer Statik Selektah to bring us “Trillstatik 3“. The record which made “Trillstatik“ a trilogy was also recorded in one night, same as the previous editions, with the whole creative process livestreamed. The 15-track LP is an instrumentally diverse record with prevalent hardcore hip hop lyrical content. The album contains an outstanding amount of features, 27 in total, with returning names like Method Man, Talib Kweli & Paul Wall, as well as new additions to the guest list of the trilogy like Benny The Butcher & Smif-N-Wessun. “Trillstatik 3“ is a unique blend of Hip Hop quality which went bigger and better than the already great predecessors.
