Action Bronson Tries The Finest Duck In New York

It’s no secret that Action Bronson is a connoisseur of life’s more dignified pleasures. That’s why Vice’s Munchies channel sent the chef turned rapper to taste the pressed duck or canard à la presse with world renowned chef Daniel Boulud and the experience had a profound effect on Bronson.

The dish, which Boulud said isn’t on his menu but can be made available upon special order or for special guests, takes about five days to prepare and is finished table-side in a silver duck press. The sauce created by the press is then mixed with wine and cognac to create a dish Bronson said is now on his bucket list twice.
