Wu-Syndicate feat. Shyheim – T.R.A.P.S.

At the peak of the Wu glory days there has been dozens of Wu-affiliates, all with various commercial sucesses. Nowadays the Wu-fam has thinned out a bit, but lately some of them came out with new releases. On the 10th of January Wu-Syndicate came out with a brand new single called “T.R.A.P.S. (Treacherous Ropes and Pitfalls Strategized)” with Shyheim; one of Wu-fam’s stars back in the 90s.

What this track offers is an interesting story of two different perspectives on life in the hood, talking about fears, dangers, and emotional strife within such enviroment. The song with its street philosophy offers something else which was long awaited by the Syndicate fans since their debut album, and that’s for all three members from the group to appear on the same track, additionally supported by Shyheim’s well-known lyrical competence.

“T.R.A.P.S.” isn’t available on YouTube, but instead can be streamed through Apple Music, Spotify, and Bandcamp.
