Only now, in 2015, is N.W.A.<\/strong> a group that can test the waters of the digital era. It\u2019s been nearly 25 years since the group existed, and more than that since it had its famous five member lineup including Ice Cube<\/strong>. In 1988, there were no blogs, no streams, no social media, period. Although they have not released any new music as a group, the four living members of that aforementioned lineup can sit before an intrigued Kendrick Lamar<\/strong> for an interview conversation available globally. <\/p>\n

The group is getting recognition by the elite publications, who now see Ice Cube<\/strong> as a Hollywood superstar off the mic, and Dr. Dre<\/strong> as an electronics mogul. \u201cThe World\u2019s Most Dangerous Group\u201d and their Straight Outta Compton<\/em> biopic is suddenly mainstream, a perceived irony to their legacy as rebellious music revolutionaries.<\/p>\n
