Five years after his last album I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead was released, underground rap linchpin El-P will put out his new LP, Cancer for Cure, May 22 via new label home Fat Possum. The record will feature appearances from recent collaborator Killer Mike, Danny Brown, Interpol’s Paul Banks, Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire, and others. “The Full Retard”, which is ostensibly a Tropic Thunder reference, is the first single from the album.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
