Run DMC never went anywhere without its adidas. From stage to stage, city to city, it was always the shell-toes for Rev Run, DMC and Jam Master Jay. And with this special tribute pack, adidas is honoring the hip hop icons with this special \u201cMy adidas\u201d Superstar 80s. The white and black upper makes use of premium leathers, and numerous nods to the group appear throughout. This take was done as a 25th anniversary celebration for release of Raising Hell and the hit track \u201cMy adidas,\u201d so \u201c1986\u201d is emblazoned on the foxing. Jam Master Jay is alsohonored on the heel. Finally, what\u2019s arguably the coolest dubrae ever sits at the base of the midfoot: a piece of gold rope chain. November 11th will see only a very select few stores carry this sneaker.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
