Regarded as the best decade in hip-hop music ever, XXL\u2019s staff took on the daunting task of narrowing down the genre\u2019s most important, influential and, of course, the illest joints from the 1990s. Fans will be surprised at who did, and did not make it onto the definitive list.<\/p>\n
