Here’s last weeks shows from both Live From HQ<\/em> and Rap Is Outta Control<\/em>. On Live From HQ<\/em>, Lord Finesse and The Beatnuts came through and talked about current projects as well as the Roc Raida benefit show which happened this past Tuesday at SOBs. On RIOC<\/em>, Bekay and Diabolic were in the place promoting Bekay’s Hunger Pains<\/em> and D’s upcoming album. And while we all waited for the crazy freestyle session at the end of the show between the two, Bekay zoned out and kicked about 100 bars and left just enough time for Diabolic to kick 6. lol Sorry D, next time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
