Being a hardcore gamer, The Gamersician<\/strong> (hence the name) has always been incorporated his love for video games into hip-hop, and with it, connecting with cats that create music in the same manner. The new studio project, dubbed “Better With Friends”<\/em> is exactly what it means – teaming up with friends that share the same passion, creating a beautiful ode to classic video games and the nostalgia that comes with it.<\/p>\n

Some of the names you can find here are Vibe Mosaic<\/strong>, Dylan Hennessy<\/strong>, and Arkane Beats<\/strong>, but also our boy Amerigo Gazaway<\/strong> that gave his contribution on two tracks – “The Final Lap”<\/em> and “Too Strong”<\/em> – which are paying respects to the Mario Kart<\/em> franchise and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike<\/em>. And the music? Yep, it’s a trip to the memory lane to our youth, reliving all the memories that we’ve had playing games from that era with iconic soundtracks based on hip-hop, atmospheric jungle, uplifting drum’n’bass, and techno. <\/p>\n
