With singles like “Beinah\u2019 ein Jahr”<\/a><\/em> and “Seifenoper”<\/a><\/em>, MC Rene<\/strong> and Figub <\/strong>have been teasing their new collab project for a while now, giving us hints of Krekpek<\/strong>‘s another add-on to their rich music discography. Now the album is finally out, and it’s all I could expect of it.<\/p>\n

“Das Ende vom Anfang”<\/em> a.k.a. ‘the end of the beginning’ is a pure hip-hop experience, going from jazzy tracks like “Ich bin echt”<\/em>, hard hitters like the ones already mentioned, to the phenomenal track “Let The Algorithm Hit ‘Em”<\/em> as an ode to the old school vibe of Eric B. & Rakim. The tempo variety here is wide, going through many aspects of rap with a focus on hip-hop with a 90s taste, and Rene <\/strong>goes hand in hand with every provided beat like a pro. <\/p>\n

This one is for the real heads.<\/p>\n
