Big up Public Enemy and Ice T! There was a brutal war going on in Croatia and the region at the time but these brothers showed up &amp; made us incredibly happy with their amazing performances. Also, the late, great 2Pac was announced as the third headliner but didn&#8217;t make it unfortunately.
