II&#8221; the greatest Hip-Hop instrumental of all time! After a lengthy discussion, the classic track was placed on top of their top 50 list, right above &#8220;Still D.R.E.&#8221; from <strong>Dr. Dre<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Snoop Dogg<\/strong> and &#8220;Electric Relaxation&#8221; by <strong>A Tribe Called Quest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The legendary instrumental was produced by Mobb Deep\u2019s <strong>Havoc<\/strong> himself, who responded by saying \u201cI just want to say how honored I am to have \u2018Shook Ones Pt.
