New name, who dis\u2026 After announcing a name change (from his professional name Problem, to his birth name JasonMartin) with his I Owe Myself album earlier this year, the multi-hyphenate, now known as JasonMartin, has reached great heights as an artist, producer, film director, business owner (Dubbs Coffee Shop in Hollywood), entrepreneur (his Coffee & Kush Brand) and as a fledging actor (he appeared in the White Men Can\u2019t Jump Reboot). <\/p>\n
After releasing the A Compton Story film in October (which is available on Tubi), which he starred in, wrote and directed, JasonMartin is releasing the album(s) companion piece(s) to the film, which will be released in two separate installments. <\/p>\n
The first installment of A Compton Story PT. 1 will be released on 11-3-23. The first installment features guest appearances from Diddy, Childish Gambino, Schoolboy Q, DJ Quik, Hit-Boy, Rich Homie Quan, T.I. & Kaytranada among others. <\/p>\n
After releasing the single and video for, \u201cDon\u2019t Stop (Baby Baby) 2222\u201d featuring Kaytranada and Tank, JasonMartin is back with the album\u2019s new focus track \u201cMore Dollars More Sense 1994\u201d which features Childish Gambino (AKA Donald Glover) and DJ Quik. \u201cMore Dollars More Sense\u201d is now available on all DSP\u2019s. <\/p>\n
