(KTLA) \u2013 The cause of rapper Coolio<\/strong>\u2019s death has been revealed by the Los Angeles County coroner.<\/p>\n

Coolio, whose real name was Artis Ivey Jr., died on Sept. 28, 2022<\/strong>. He was 59 years old when he died at a friend\u2019s home in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The cause of his death is tied to the \u201ceffects of fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine,\u201d the coroner\u2019s report revealed through its online database<\/a>. The manner of the death has been ruled as \u201caccidental.\u201d<\/p>\n
