At the beginning of the video, <strong>Ab-Soul<\/strong> is rocking corn-rows, dark shades, a bulletproof vest, and <strong>The Marathon clothing<\/strong> apparel. <strong>Ab-Soul<\/strong> is also on top of a building, rapping his heart out, much like<strong> Snoop Dogg<\/strong> did in the 1993 video for <em>\u201cWho Am I (What\u2019s My Name)?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Later in the video, <strong>Ab-Soul<\/strong> could be seen spitting in an unknown Los Angeles neighbourhood while the men around him partake in some of the hood\u2019s favourite past-times.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI like to call myself the God of rap\/But really I just gotta rap\/This a Dior doobie\/On the head of your cutie, moon signs when you call her back\/Do not disturb\/We looking for the smoke, not who got the herb\/I\u2019m Top Dawg, you a copycat\/I\u2019ma give this beat a heart attack.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cGotta Rap\u201d<\/em> is from his December 2022 project <em>Herbet<\/em>, which is also his first name. <em>Herbert<\/em> is the follow-up to his 2016 offering <em>Do What Thou Wilt<\/em>.
