We&#8217;re talking about <em>Show &#038; Prove<\/em>, a posse cut from <strong>Big Daddy Kane<\/strong>&#8216;s sixth album <em>Daddy&#8217;s Home<\/em> released in the same year.<br \/>\nIt features six MCs in total, all of them in their all might representing their own style. The track is opened by <strong>Scoob Lover<\/strong> who transfers the mic to <strong>Sauce Money<\/strong>, a rapper mostly recognized for his work with at the time upcoming <strong>Jay-Z<\/strong> that is also featured on the song, owning the verse with his attention-grabbing style. There&#8217;s also <strong>Shyheim<\/strong>, a young prodigy associated with the <strong>Wu-Tang<\/strong> fam that was already in the spotlight after releasing his debut album in April 1994 called <em>AKA the Rugged Child<\/em>. Lastly, the last verse was done by <strong>Wu<\/strong>&#8216;s<strong> Ol&#8217; Dirty Bastard<\/strong> closing the track with his highly recognizable drunken style and the famous &#8220;danger&#8221; &#8211; a word that was sampled dozens of times by various artists throughout the years.<\/p>\n<p>In short, this particular track was the only one produced by<strong> DJ Premier<\/strong> on the album for which he was directly approached by <strong>Kane <\/strong>to do the job. The outcome was funky, uplifting, and completely memorable to this day.
