However, the first artist signed to <strong>Pete<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>Tru Soul Records<\/strong> developed his best material in 2021, beginning with <em>21 Grams: Worth Its Weight In Soul<\/em> mixtape and follow-up album <em>Dope Boy Soul<\/em> \u2014 both produced entirely by Pete Rock. <\/p>\n<p>Before <strong>AMXXR<\/strong>\u2019s proper debut, <em>Dope Boy Soul<\/em>, is released in August, fans can now download and stream the just released <em>21 Grams: Worth Its Weight In Soul<\/em> \u2014 a mixtape combining sharp lyricism with engaging beats. Like the upcoming LP it promotes, the tape\u2019s title is significant.
