Professor Groove & Dj Static will hit the European stages to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of their own WEFUNK Radio Show. The name of the Canadian radio show comes from the Parliament song “P. Funk (Wants To Get Funked Up)”, in which WEFUNK is a fictional radio station broadcasting “directly from the Mothership, top of the Chocolate Milky Way, 500,000 kilowatts of P Funk-power.” Started as a live broadcast on a Canadian university radio station in 1996, now the show can be streamed online, including on iTunes Radio.<\/p>\n
