A strong classic  which serves as a part of a brilliant soundtrack for 1984 cult Hip-Hop movie  titled <em>Beat Street<\/em>, which was filmed in  The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the first solo single released by R&#038;B vocalist &#038; composer <strong>La La<\/strong>. With <strong>Mic Murphy (The System)<\/strong>, they were members of the short lived band from New York, <strong>The Jack Sass Band<\/strong> (also known as <strong>Sass<\/strong>), in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
