Mic breaks come at 25:46 and 145:03 along with Lynn Gonzalez. At 29:40 we have guests Willie Stubz &#038; Natruel who quickly get into a freestyle session. The highlight though comes at 56:42 when Ali Shaheed Muhammad and Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest get on the mic to promote their new LP &#8220;The Love Movement&#8221;. Scratch that. The highlight actually comes at 60:00 when Q-Tip decides to do a 15+ minute off-the-top freestyle while Riz plays a medley of instrumentals. So dope how he freestyles the history of the group. Great listen although not without some minor turntable technical difficulties here and there. Man, Riz and I were so picky (and still are) when it comes to how precise we want the mix to sound.
