I was brought in as a music\/DJ\/equipment consultant on HBO’s Vinyl<\/em>. Historical authenticity was important to the show’s executive producers Scorcese<\/strong> and Jagger<\/strong>. In my opinion, most movies\/TV shows that touch on Hip-Hop usually fail so I was more than happy to help them get it right. I hope we did.<\/p>\n

Here’s a little behind the scenes mini-doc about this aspect of the series. I was NOT expecting to be on camera that day, and don’t remember if I said anything worthwhile.<\/p>\n
