Last week Wednesday February 8th I had a chance to go & see The God MC, Rakim perform @ BB Kings in New York. This was my first time seeing Ra and trust me he sounded as good as on his records. ‘Eric B For President’, ‘Move The Crowd’, ‘My Melody’, ‘Microphone Fiend’, ‘Paid In Full’, ‘Let The Rhythm Hit’ Em’ … were all executed to perfection by Rakim and his very dope & skillful Technician The DJ.
