In many ways, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony was Eazy-E’s final act of greatness. The Compton Gangsta Rap mogul looked to Ohio to find a quintet that sounded like nothing else in the space. Krazyie, Layzie, Wish, Bizzy, and Flesh-N-Bone combined G-Funk with Gospel with Midwest choppin’ to provide a style that stood tall, and brought Ruthless Records plaques, awards, and massive success well beyond the life of the N.W.A. founder.
