The Roots And Public Enemy Performed On The Opening Of Museum Of African American History

The National Museum of African American History has opened in Washington, D.C. A concert was held on the opening day where Public Enemy, The Roots and The Living Colour Sunday preformed.
On this event Public Enemy preformed classic cuts and they have dedicated their preformance of “Flight Power” to actor Bill Nun.
The Roots dedicated the bend set to “anyone, anywhere who has ever lifted a camera or a voice, who’s ever lifted a fist or a flag, or taken a knee against social injustice,” says Billboard.
We are all witnesses of two shootings ( Keith Scott and Terence Crutcher) and we can say that racial tensions are rising. Obama has said during his speech that the African American story “perhaps needs to be told now more than ever.”
