Rapper Dion Broadway Passed Away

Broadway, born Dion Barnes, was a Bronx rapper and member of the group Strickly Roots. He gained recognition with his 1996 single “Mu$t $tay Paid,” produced by KRS-One. Broadway also released another notable track, “Enjoy Yourself,” produced by Diamond D, which highlighted his talent and versatility in the 90s boom bap scene. Though his career remained mostly underground, his music continues to resonate with fans of that era.
