Jonas Sanche & Urbanse feat. Metal, Antioch – ULTRA

Latinos were always an important part of hip-hop culture, but not many managed to surface on a wider level, globally speaking. Now, that’s a real shame as those people are dropping a lot of gems even today, with South America being no exception. The track “ULTRA” is one of many examples, featuring a whole bunch of dope artists from South America that skillfully can and are going toe to toe with almost any name you can drop.

“ULTRA”, as a single, comes from the upcoming collab album “IV MUNDO” by Jonas Sanche from Chile and Urbanse from Argentina. For this occasion, the duo teamed up with Antioch and the Venezuelan crew Metal, formed by Lil’ Supa, 3M5, and Nichess One. The whole bunch flows as one, providing the same amount of raw energy and style in such unison that you’re getting the impression they are all acting under one crew banner. Interestingly enough, for the track, Jonas and Urbanse chose the Berlin-bred producer Tensei One to provide the sonic support, but, nevertheless, the job is really well done as the beat carries all the heavyweight rhymes with ease.

Simply said, the track sounds really dope and makes me a bit impatient with waiting for the full album. With releases such as this one, it gives hope to hip-hop and its well-being, and there are a lot of them all around the globe, buried deep in the underground.
