He spoke about what it took to get the whole Clan on the same page, as well as the opportunities that slipped through their fingers over the years, including quitting a huge tour with Rage Against the Machine, getting banned from New York’s Hot 97, and inventing pathways for hip-hop acts that later became the norm.
