In celebration of Hip-Hop’s 50th year, Wax Poetics teamed up with London based Classic Material to present a chronologically themed series of mixtapes celebrating the history of recorded rap music, mixed by Chris Read. This megamix serves as short form companion to their recent 1995 mixtape, this time cramming nearly 30 classic tracks into a brief 4 minute run time. Artwork pays homage to the classic Loud Records company sleeve.
