Guezess x Tha Trickaz – “Les Enfants Terribles” (EP)

The newest release by Guezess comes in the form of an EP, a collaboration with the Paris production duo Tha Trickaz. If you’re already familiar with the Bordeaux rap heavyweight, you can expect nothing less dark and hardcore compared to his previous work; it’s just the style and flavor of beats Tha Trickaz provide. This is the first collab between the two, mind you, and considering his raw delivery and lyrics with their murky and shadowy instrumentals, it’s perfectly understandable they went on to do a project together. Today an EP, tomorrow maybe an album. Given how well they flow together on this Metal Gear Solid-inspired EP, I wouldn’t mind a full studio project with a concept and a few guests to spice it up a bit.
