Guezess – RED ROCK 3 (EP) - Blackout Hip Hop

The Bordeaux-bred rapper Guezess returns with another banga project: an EP by the name of “RED ROCK 3,” featuring dark and slow-paced beats for all you grim heads. As before, Guezess stayed in the same flow lane with the same amount of hardcore in his approach, only shifting from third to second gear, keeping the flow in a creeping manner, just like the haunting atmosphere the instrumentals provide. The EP features several producers, as well as some lyrical assistance from a few guest artists who didn’t stray from the set flow, so the dynamic is pretty much slim, which is alright considering it’s an extended play. Nevertheless, if you like French rap from the darkest of back alleys, this is your jam.
