Fee the Evolutionist Feat. Termanology, Brady Watt & DJ Myth – Props
Fee the Evolutionist joins forces with hip hop heavyweights to create a golden era throwback track. “Props” by hip hop veterans Fee the Evolutionist and Termanology is a high-energy rap track reminding folks about the contributions the duo have made to the culture. The collaboration between the two Merrimack valley artists is long overdue and both are accomplished in their own right. Fee is a recent winner of the New England Music Awards and Term’s project “Time is Currency” went #1 on iTunes in 2024.
Produced by Fee and his nephew Matty, the track blends together old and new school styles and features an incredible lineup of talented musicians from the New England area. Brady Watt, creator of the popular “Bass & Bars” holds down the low end on bass while Zeke Martin drives home the funky rhythm on drums. Fee & Term exhibit distinct flows and rhyme patterns with speed, agility and amazing vocal clarity while D Myth reinforces the hook with his dope scratches. The song is mixed by Sir Bob Nash at Wonka Sound who also adds rhythm guitar.
From beginning to end “Props” captures the listener with its fast-paced, head-bobbing sound and proves that hip hop can flourish with live musicians.
