Dig Of The Day: Society – F.U.N.K (From US Nasty Kidz) (1994)
For today’s post we have a dope track without a doubt called F.U.N.K (From US Nasty Kidz), from a relatively unknown and underground artist by the name of Society, who released Yes ‘N’ Deed (The E.P.) on Luke Records in 1994, as his only release including a single. He vanished after this dope EP but you could say he came out at the right time and left us with this great piece of music.
Samples used are the bass from Billy Cobham‘s Red Baron and vocal sample of Q-Tip from God Lives Through off A Tribe Called Quest Midnight Marauders album.
Produced by DJ Slice.
