June 9th marked 25 years since the release of one of the finest, most beloved and original Hip-Hop albums Mecca And The Soul Brother, made by household names – Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth.
There’s too much history here to be written in a few words. The hours I spent listenin’ to Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth‘s joints, Pete‘s production for other artists during the 90’s, hidden gems, the nights, the blunts, it’s just timeless.
