Del The Funky Homosapien + thegoodnews – avg.hype
Del The Funky Homosapien unveils the first single from thegoodnews, a new Hip-Hop band, presented primarily in cartoon form, founded by Del along with producer CTZN, rapper Po3 and illustrator Pete Cosmos. They’re introducing their odd-ball universe with the bass-heavy single “avg.hype,” with an EP also on the horizon. The group first began to coalesce during Deltron 3030’s “Event 2” tour, eventually finding their sound working with guitar and pedal wizard Taka Tozawa along with bass and FX guru Juan Alderete (Mars Volta, Dr. Octagon, Mac Miller, Anderson .Paak, Domo Genesis, etc).
