From records like Fight the Power in 1989 to Harder Than You Think in 2007 Public Enemy have carved out a legendary career as one of American hip-hop’s most powerful and outspoken groups. Lauded, as well as criticised, for their politically charged songs and critique of American commercialism and mass media, Public Enemy have been at the forefront of hip-hop industry since it began gaining momentum in the late ’80s.

While Public Enemy may not make waves as they previously did their voice and message is still as strong. They have been hard at work on their latest record Man Plans God Laughs which is their 13th studio album. Their dominance isn’t limited to music either…
